my first week has been rather fun.. initially, i was rather lonely cos all my classmates have been thru orientation and know each other rather well.. they play and chat with each other like old friends.. but their really friendly people and i soon opened up to them.. what can i say.. they're those kind of really sporty people.. and people who make you feel comfortable with them.. my mentor is rather nice as well.. he's a really funny man.. rather crappy too.. haha.. but his lessons are very enjoyable.. however, the internet system of managing the course materials is driving me nuts.. first i can't find the website.. and now, i can't find my note.. irritating.. anyway, i'm the 2nd oldest in the class.. the oldest is this guy who finished 2 yrs of jc and 2yrs of ns.. like.. woah!!! yup.. so he's 2 yrs older than me and i'm 2 yrs older than majority of the class with a few of them who's a year younger than me, cos they were from the NA stream.. but there's this 1 NA girl who scored so well for her O's that her score could actually enable her to go JC.. yup.. so can't look down on these people.. they're really hardworking.. haha.. oh.. and finally i understand how people feel threatened by foreigners.. there was this maths lesson, i was sitting beside my chinese classmate(from china) and the tutor asked if we did our tutorial.. no one did, except me.. so i was so happy.. then my teacher gave them time to do and i looked at the girl beside.. she simply just sped thru the paper.. as if she didn't need to think.. and she went on to do the other tutorials which the lecturer has yet to teach.. the shock man.. i just stared at her la.. she do maths, don't need to use calculator one.. goodness.. fight with this kind of people to enter uni.. very difficult sia.. hai~ but i'm working hard.. don't intend to join any CCAs.. anyway, shall update another time.. trying to get my notes.. sigh..
